Thank you for your willingness to be an exhibitor at the upcoming Annual Conference for the Iowa Council for the Social Studies!

If you have been an exhibitor before, note that new questions and information have been added. Read this carefully! 

Booth description:            Comes with 1- 8’ table, a table skirt, and chairs.

What is included:      Each registration entitles the organization to 1 conference registration, 1 lunch, access to refreshments and snacks, a listing in the program, recognition on the ICSS website and in ICSS newsletters, and most importantly, the ability to network with hundreds of people who support a rigorous, relevant, and quality social studies education for everyone.

How will ICSS encourage participants to visit the exhibitors?

- The exhibitor space is in the midst of all the breakout rooms.
- All refreshments and snacks will be in the exhibitor area.
- Exclusive time set aside in the AM and the PM for participants to visit the exhibitors.

    Exhibitor Benefits:

    One exhibitor per booth may attend the conference sessions for free!

    If additional exhibitors would like to attend the conference, they get a discounted rate!

    Exhibitor Opportunity:

    Want to sponsor a strand of sessions on a particular theme in social studies?

    Check the appropriate box and add the amount to your booth fee.

    Want to join the Iowa Council?
